After weeks off recovering from a broken arm, Tony Leung is finally back on set and ready to start shooting Wong kar-wai’s version of Ip Man – The Grand Master. Leung really got into his role back in the summer by training more than 8 hours a day in Hong Kong with a Wing Chun kung-fu master and suffered a broken arm during the process but finally Wong Kar-wai’s new martial arts actioner can go ahead with no further delays.

Earlier on, Tony began training anew and has fully immersed himself into martial arts again. Even the Wing Chun masters who have been training Tony have praised his understanding and skill in Wing Chun. Tony is preparing to film ‘The Grand Master’ in his best form.

The Grand Master is slated for a release across Asia next Summer.
